NEW ACTIONS
ACTION: Minor System Reroute
As an action a deployed Mechanic can do some minor system rerouting after succeeding a technology check DC 10. If successful the mechanic may improved one system with the following bonus for one round:
-Engine: Add 50ft to the Ship Movement.
-Shield: Add Half the Ship HD to the Shield Regeneration.
-Weapons: Augment the Ship Weapons Dice by one level (D6 = D8, etc...) and 100ft to both Range (Normal & Long).
Unfortunately, while that system is boosted, the other two that were not chosen are being dimished.
-Engine: -50ft to Ship Movement
-Shield: Reduce by Half the Ship HD to the Shield Regeneration.
-Weapons: Reduce the Ship weapons Dice by one level (D4 = 1 pt, D6 = D4, etc...). Also reduce both Range (Normal & Long) by 100ft.
ACTION: Total Shutdown
If a deploy Mechanic used this action, the entire ship exept life support will shutdown. This mean that no ship will be able to detect you with their scanner, they will only be able using line of sight to a maximum of 3 squares away. Unfortunately this tactic doesn't work against ship equip with Truesight Scanner. It take a ship 1 complete minute to restart with a Technology Check DC 8 add +2 to the DC for each Round, if you wish to do it faster! Minimum 2 rounds.
